I’ve started this 10 minutes before my
yoga class starts.
This is because it has been two
weeks since I’ve been to yoga and I’m doing everything to put it off. I just
know this is going to be painful.
Sigh. Vacations. What a pain, sometimes. This “vacation” brought even more car
drama. I’m done with cars. I’m reverting back to horse and buggy.
Except. I’m allergic to horses and so that won’t do
at all.
A long story short: more car problems headed back to Seattle. In Seattle, car got backed in to. Blech.
I really do need to go lie like a corpse in yoga and then I need to go
read my Bible. That would be a very good
idea, indeed.
The good news is that my family
is now officially done with Christmas (I do love Christmas, it’s just that if I
had to do Christmas after these past two weeks I’d probably cry.
Too much is too much. Listen to
me, I’m so wise [I say tongue in cheek]).
So now, it’s on to getting everything put into my original last name
(again), Christmas cards and sending the Christmas gifts that need to be
sent.
Now the real relaxing begins.
Geez. I hope when I go back to work I find that all
of my families have been able to maintain (primarily for their sakes). I can’t blog about my new job, really. It was easy to blog about my darlings in
detention.
Ah, give me a few weeks. I’ll figure it out.
And, by the way, I’ve posted just
a couple more pictures in the photo album re: This Christmas. There’s a picture of two Christmas trees
inside the resort, but there is something *really* creepy at the top between
the two trees. Any thoughts? Sister and I tried and tried and tried to
come up with a rational explanation and … couldn’t. As well, my parents decided to buy a tree
this year at a charity auction (picture of tree to come soon).
That is why our tree looked like
Happy Feet.
Being the mother of a teenage boy, I know that they can subsist on peperoni pizza and chicken tenders alone…..and grow into big buff monsters, ROFL!!! Chris has 4% body fat and is RIPPED. And the boy lives on pepperoni pizza and chicken tenders. Oh, and his lunch is :A sub sandwich with canadian bacon, peperoni and cheese. EVERYDAY. It\’s so unfair. He does eat the occasional apple. As in if I buy apples he will eat ALL OF THEM within 2 hours.

The boy is an eating machine.
When does the original re-naming occur? I need to re-name you in my cell phone
LOVE YOU!!!!!
Hey Lisa,
Just want to sopt by and say Merry Christmas to you and wish you have a next new year full of luck!!!
Warm wishes, Tuan.
Oh man, that looked like a ??? skeleton head???? Weird and you are right that is downright creepy.
You write beautifully, I hope that you don\’t mind that I poked in for a sec.
Merry Christmas,
Becca
Let\’s put a good spin on it & say a Dickensian Spirit of Christmas- the Future was a bit creepy looking, right?
Hope the yoga class went well. Wishing you and yours a merry Christmas,
J.
Amazingly the Boxer stayed out of it. I am not sure how or why but she managed to be upstairs and uninterested in our drama unfolding in the basement.
Odd now that you mention it. LOL
Right now I am trying to type with a cat on my lap, intently watching the birds take their morning baths. She is purring up a storm and holding down my arm with ferocity, lol.
Suprised by Joy. That may sound odd but for some strange reason it is the first phrase that came to mind after reading this post. It\’s my Christmas wish for you. I hope that in the coming year, more than anything you are suprised by joy. More joy than you know what to do with. And thank goodness you know the Source.
Yeah, what Chelle said below, I\’ll just steal it briefly.
Merry Christmas.
